Cantrip : Shield then Amped Shield

Hello,

Can I cast Amped Shield after using the Shield cantrip reaction ?

In the The Tangible Dream, it's stated that you can't cast shield or amped shield again for 10 minutes if you destroy the final layer. Does that mean using the reaction with the normal shield only prevent you to cast the normal shield ?

Amping a spell is still casting that spell. If you are restricted from casting Shield, you can't cast Shield at all. If you can't cast a spell, you can't Amp it.
