As title Said.
This is maneuvering spell trigger:
" Trigger You begin to Cast a Spell that requires at least 2 actions to cast.
You instantly tap into the magical power of a spell you're casting to quickly pounce around the battlefield. You Step, Leap, or Stand. This action can be before or after you Cast the Spell."
Can you use maneuvering spell with spellstrike ? I know there are some weird rules about subordinate actions or something.

I'd have to say yes. Maneuvering Spell is a free action with a trigger and that cuts through the issues with subordinate actions.
Reactions have triggers, which must be met for you to use the reaction. You can use a reaction anytime its trigger is met, whether it’s your turn or not. ...
Free actions don’t cost you any of your actions per turn, nor do they cost your reaction. ... and a free action with a trigger follows the same rules as a reaction (except the reaction cost).

Agreed. At least mostly.
The rule about subordinate actions is not really being cut through, but it is not interfering. Right above the Subordinate Actions rule is the rule for Simultaneous Actions.
Basically you can't do two things at once, or insert an action in the middle of a different action or activity that you are doing.
So, by RAW, you couldn't jump across a chasm and make a Strike at a flying enemy half way across the distance.
However, that Simultaneous Actions rule does have a note that this does not apply to actions with triggers - reactions and free actions with triggers. Those can be used in the middle of an action if their trigger occurs.
Free actions with triggers and reactions work differently. You can use these whenever the trigger occurs, even if the trigger occurs in the middle of another action.
So yes. Since Maneuvering Spell is a free action with a trigger, then you can use the action in the middle of Spellstrike.

As for how Subordinate Actions would interact with Maneuvering Spell:
Subordinate Actions rule tells us what we are allowed to change that is part of a printed advanced action. Basically you are allowed to use things that modify the actions that it calls for, but you can't replace them.
So Maneuvering Spell lets you Step, Stride, or Stand as part of the action.
If you were in Tiger Stance you could Step and use the increased Step distance from Tiger Stance. Because Tiger Stance modifies the Step action, but you are still using Step inside Maneuvering Spell.
What you couldn't do is use Maneuvering Spell in order to Climb, Swim, or Fly. Because those are different actions than the actions that Maneuvering Spell specifically calls for.
