I have the deviant ability Consume Energy from the Dragon Classification. I am trying to write down the rules for counteracting in my notes, but I can't figure out what the Counteract Level for Consume Energy would be.
There's no spell level. No hazard level. What do I use?
From the rules on counteracting:
If an effect’s level is unclear and it came from a creature, halve and round up the creature’s level.
So it would be half your character's level rounded up.
