It restores functionality, but it is no more durable than and doesn’t otherwise function differently than a normal limb for your species.

If you're worried you can pay an extra 10% on the limb and get a biology based version where they just clone your arm or something.
I'd say unless you want to say specifically that they can't, like for story/character reasons or something, they probably can.
