Envoy's Spell Gem Understanding - what about Precog spells?

I realize that when Spell Gem Understanding (SGU) appeared that there were just the 3 casting classes - Mystic, Technomancer, & Witchwarper - & SGU only mentions those 3 classes in its description.

Since that time, we've seen the addition of another caster class - the Precog.
Has any thought been given to either adding Precog to the caster class list for SGU, or perhaps just future-proofing the ability to cover all caster classes?

Makes sense to me: +1.

The best part about Spell Gem Understanding is that, no matter how many classes' spell lists it grants access to, it's still got a built-in limiting factor in that spell gems cost cold, hard, credits: so no matter how many spells you treat as being on your spell list, you still can't go too nuts with it.

This isn't unique. The Akashic Mystic has an 18th level connection power that allows it to cast any Technomancer or Mystic spell of a certain level, but not Witchwarper or Precog.

Precog also lacks a feat equivalent ot Connection Inkling, Tecnmantic Dabbler, or Reality Glimmer, so they appear to think it's rather unique spell list. The anchor mechanism rather forces you to have an outside force grant you access to the class and spells - there's no room for just sitting down and learning, unlike the background flavor on the other classes.
