I demand a refund for the book "To Defy the Dragon" I have already paid for that has been lost by either UPS or USPS. Either way my game is tonight and I have no book that I paid for and so I want my money back. I was even saying before that I'll take a free pdf to get by but since Paizo hasn't responded to tweets, email and phone calls I give up. I will never buy from your company again.

Paizo recently sold 8 months of product in 2 weeks, so there are 8 months of customer service tickets that the small staff is working through. It may take a while before they get to your number in the queue.
