No matter what I add to my shopping cart, I'm not seeing the 15% discount. How does that work or get applied, if at all?
I've gone all the way to the final step of checkout and not seen any change in the price totals, so I'm wondering if this is just not working or something.

So it should show up when you're looking at your cart. Under 'Price Each' the normal price will be listed and crossed out, with the discounted price listed in red underneath it, as well as under 'Total Price'.
First thing I would try is to clear your cache and cookies. Paizo.com has notorious issues with those, and most of the time if the website isn't working correctly, clearing those will fix it. If that doesn't fix it, I would email customer service and ask them to take a look at it.

Looks like I will need to contact customer support.
I cleared out everything on a different browser from the one I normally use and the shopping cart just shows the same price next to the crossed out one.
Tried for a PDF and a physical book (the advanced player's guide PDF, and vol 1 of 3 of the current AP (as 2 of 3 was shipped out to me just this past weds).
