Amped Dancing Light's

Rules Discussion

So I was reading over the amped version of dancing lights and can't tell if you can only dazzle when you first cast it or every round you sustain it. Does anyone know the ruling on that?

For anyone looking for it, the Amp for Dancing Lights is from Tangible Dream.

Amp Dancing Lights wrote:
Your lights whirl together, dazzlingly and hypnotically. When you amp the spell, you create a flashing display comprised of all four lights in an unoccupied 5-foot square. If you move the lights when you Sustain the Spell, the lights must remain together. The spell gains the visual trait. Each creature in a 5-foot emanation around the lights when you Cast the Spell must attempt a Fortitude save.

So it looks to me like it is only when you first cast the spell that the dazzle effect happens.

However, if they fail the save, then you do have to sustain the spell and keep the single light point adjacent to a creature in order to continue the effect on them.
