Hi,
The 'Help' section of your website lists three ways of contacting customer support -- by phone, by email, and a link to the customer service forums.
The customer service forums do not exist, and the phone number goes to an automated message that says to email.
This should probably be updated so that people can get the proper assistance when needed.
