Can't download files

Hello,

I can't download any file from my digital content library and the force download link does not appear either.

What OS are you using?
What browser?

Have you tried a different browser?

Windows 11 Pro, EDGE Chromium and Firefox, cleared the browser data and cookies, etc.

Tried to download from Chrome and EDGE from my smartphone but doesn't work.

The link "Problems downloading...blablabla" appears but gets stuck on "Personalizing... Click link again in 60 seconds to download".

Under each item n your Digital Downloads page, if you have already tried to download it, there will be a link
" Problems downloading this file? Click here."

What happens when you click that?

Thanks for the help Dacing Winds, need to clear my PC cache, seems like something was stuck on my internet temp folder.
