Casting Gravitational Pull using Conduit

Rules Discussion

If I were to fly a familiar over an enemy and cast gravitational pull through the familiar, would it cause the enemy to move toward me or to fly up in the air toward the familiar?

It would pull the target towards the familiar.

However, Gravitational Pull uses Forced Movement, so it won't pull the target into the air unless the target has a fly speed.

If forced movement would move you into a space you can’t occupy—because objects are in the way or because you lack the movement type needed to reach it, for example—you stop moving in the last space you can occupy.
