Strong vignetting on the FAQ page if using high resolution

Website Feedback

When reading the FAQ page on a 4k monitor, I get a horrible vignetting effect, where the sides of the text get a lot darker. I get this on a 3840x2160 monitor using Windows 10 and latest Chrome (108.0.5359.125).

I can easily replicate this on a lower resolution display by using the zoom feature in Chrome - once the browser width is about double the width of the center text column, the vignetting appears.

How it looks.

I can replicate this when zooming out on an entirely different browser and operating system, so it seems likely to be something more about the site's setup than about the specific environment it's running in. It does appear to happen on at least some other pages, including the homepage and the Adventure Path landing pages, but notably not on the forums or on product pages. My best guess would be that it's something in the styling of the site's "full width" pages.

Yes, there is a breakpoint in the CSS at 2561px that constrains the "full-width" page's content and adds a linear gradient on each side to fill the gaps. For now, just make your browser window smaller.

(I also republish the FAQ on my own site here: https://doughahn.github.io/unofficial-opf-guides/organized-play/2e-FAQ/ because of the page's accessibility and searchability issues, which may help if you do not wish to resize a browser window).
