We are very sorry that a systems issue kept us from processing digital subscriptions for December. We are working on the problem now and will post an updated timeline once we can establish our next steps. we hope to have this issue resolved soon.

This happened to me with 4-6, sent in an email and they had it resolved in about 24 hours.
