I thought the answer would be obvious: it's a mindless undead created by animate dead. So no, it wouldn't keep SLAs.
But then I went looking for the actual text, and I can't find anything stating that they lose SLAs. It's not in animate dead. It's not even explicit in the entries for skeletons or zombies. But at the same time I can't find any published mindless undead with SLAs.
This is one of those weird areas. The answer seems obvious, but when you dig into the rules it's not even mentioned in passing. Anyone know if this question came up before?

It maintains all Special Attacks and loses most Special Qualities, but the template doesn't say anything about SLA.
From what I recall, SLAs haven't a minimum stat requirement, and the frosfallen template grants wisdom 10 and +6 to charisma.
RAW it maintains SLA, as the template says: " It uses all the base creature's statistics and special abilities except as noted here."
I would have it use the SLA in a very straightforward way, without any subtlety as it lacks intelligence. As it lacks a way to think about how to use them, some can even be useless. As an example, without the ability to reason, making a credible illusion seems impossible. The undead lacks the ability to evaluate the ambient and have the illusion react to it.

Here is another thread where the question was asked.
No response on the FAQ request, but there was some good commentary. Apparently in 3.0/3.5 SLAs were a part of the "special attacks" line. Pathfinder 1 moved SLAs to a unique section (for all creatures) but didn't update the language about an animated mindless undead.
The thread also has two examples of official statblocks from Paizo APs of zombies/skeletons of creatures that originally had SLAs. Both lost the SLAs on being animated. No examples of animated undead keeping the SLAs.
