Can you wield one-handed weapons with two hands, such as using both hands on a rapier in conjunction with the Mauler archetype's Clear the Way feat, for example?

In addition, some abilities require you to wield a weapon in two hands. You meet this requirement while holding the weapon in two hands, even if it doesn’t require two hands or have the two-hand trait.

Yes, you can. Yes, it counts for feats that require a 2 handed weapon.

The only problem with Clear the Way is that it does not do anything to reduce MAP. So although a character notionally gets 5 shove attempts, really they will mostly have just two effective shoves and then three misses at -10 each, with a fair chance at ending up prone themselves from a critical miss.

Not very useful other than for the rare "high level character vs a zombie horde" scenario.

Well, if you've got 5 things to shove through, at least some of them being lower level and Assurance being plausibly useful isn't that unlikely.
