Access to scorpion whip?

Is there any legal way to get access to scorpion whip? Own the relevant source document, and ability to gain access to uncommon item, eg via human?

The scorpion whip is from a volume of an AP sanctioned for PFS play, not from a rulebook used as a normal source of options for PFS. So either that weapon is going to be on thar adventures chronicle or it is not going to be available. In either case, owning your own copy of the AP volume is not necessary.

As a general rule, things from adventures are only available in 2E PFS if they are part of that adventure's rewards. We have seen an exception with Agents of Edgewatch, where ACP boons were created because that adventure will not ever have chronicles.
