questions about "Focused Attention" (Leadership Activity)

Q1) Can any one specific PC leader use the leadership activity Focused Attention more than once per turn?

Q2) Can any one specific PC leader receive benefits from the leadership activity Focused Attention, from more than one (other) PC leader, all for the same skill check?

Q3) Can the bonuses from Focused Attention be used at *any* point later on during that specific kingdom turn? For example, can these bonuses be used to help a PC leader rolling for Build Structure (during the Civic Activity phase)?

Bonuses of the same type don't stack unless they say they do, and nothing I'm seeing says they stack in this case, so there's no benefit for having multiple allies succeed on the check.

The rules for the Leadership Phase specifically state a Leader cannot attempt the same Leadership activity more than once per turn.

Kingdom Building Rules wrote:

Step 1: Leadership Activities

Hall, each PC in a leadership role may attempt up to three
Leadership activities (these are listed on page 536). If your
capital has none of these structures, each PC can take no
more than two Leadership activities during this step.

otherwise, a leader cannot attempt the same Leadership
activity more than once per Kingdom turn.

I see nothing in the rules for Focused Attention that say any leader can use it more than once per turn.

Focused Attention doesn't say anything about only able to be used during the Leadership phase, so as long as it's used on the same Kingdom Turn, I believe it should be able to be used in other phases (including, possibly, the Event Phase if you were lucky enough to do Focused Attention for the skill needed to resolve the Event).
