I have two questions in regard to the Mind Smith Archetype.
1. Do you have to choose which of the 4 types of mind weapons (d4, d6, d8, or d10) when you take the archetype and are only able to use that specific version? The text is a bit unclear, and I can see it going either way.
"You gain a single melee weapon of your choosing, called a mind weapon. Your mind weapon is a martial melee weapon. The overall shape and design of your mind weapon can be of your choosing but it has one of the following four basic statistics:"
2. What is the bulk of each of the weapons or is it negligible? I don't see anything in the text that refers to the bulk (other than the mind smith's keepsake).

In its description, everything before the section on your daily preparations sounds permanent, but probably could be retrained in downtime as most "permanent" choices can be. So the stats (1h 1d4 agile/finesse, 1h 1d6 finesse, 1h 1d8, or 2h 1d10 reach) appear static but as it says, you decide the form (club, spear, or sword) with your daily preparations
As a mental construct >only you can hold, carry, or wield, I'd say it has the heft and feel of a real weapon but wouldn't have any real bulk, all of the "weight" being in your head
