Hi!
I'm a GM looing for a 4th person to round out a group that just recently had their first session. We had a player drop and are looking to fill the seat.
We're experienced with other TTRPGs (mainly D&D 5e) but are new to PF. So if you're also new and looking to learn, you'd be in good company. If you're a pro who's been playing forever and would like to join, that's fine too. All I ask is to hang onto any advice unless I ask. I learn best by figuring it out. If you just tell me, I'll forget. :p
We're starting withh the beginner box adventure Menace Under Otari and then going to move into Abomination Vaults. From what I can tell that lookks pretty dungeon crawly, but our groups likes to RP so should still be entertaining if you're concerned about it just being a dungeon slog. Also our group can be pretty silly with character concepts. Current party basically consists of Skeletor, an extremely dirty and smelly Fleshwarp and elf girl who carries a toy stuffed dragon that turns into a real one when she summons it.
I'm a rules-lite GM. They give structure to the game but I have no problem changing something if it doesn't fit the group or if we end up with a "rule of cool" situation. I also won't waste a ton of time looking something up. If we hit a snag we'll just roll with whatever makes sense and look it up between games. If you're a rules lawyer, you might want to keep moving. :D
Game day will be every other Thursday starting from this week (9/8, 9/22, 10/6 etc)
Game time is 6:00 - 10:00 pm Eastern Time, US
Game play will take place in Foundry VTT with voice channel on Discord.

Hey there, tried to reach out via discord; but seeing as we don't share a server messages weren't going through. If this spot is still open I'd be interested in filling it. I've been playing ttrpgs for almost 7 years, and hosting them (in pf1e) for about 3. I still have a primary group I play with, but I can never get enough of the hobby for myself. your schedule every other thursday, just so happens to line up with my off-days at work and I'd love to join for some pf2e play if you're still open to new players.
