High Magic Locations in Golarion for SoT Campaign

Strength of Thousands

Lore buffs of Golarion, I need your aid!

What would be some of the magically rich places on Golarion (ie abundant in magic)?

To give a bit of a explanation, a player in my game is designing a ritual/technique for his magical dissertation (a alternative way of drawing upon and storing ambient energies of a location).

One of the requirements of this ritual/technique is that it needs to be performed at a place with a high abundant of ambient magic?

While I got a few in minds, I wouldn't mind some additional locations so I can offer options to the PC for his dissertation. Cheers!

You might want to look into Mythic Realms, it is pretty much tailor-made to answer this question. Among the places it details, those that are reasonably close to the Maagambya are the Doorway to the Red Star (portal to Akiton) and Mechitar (capital of Geb), and you could put a Star Tower or mana well basically anywhere.

Book 3 goes to the Sodden Lands, near the magically-unending hurricane the Eye of Abendego, while Book 5 features a visit to the otherworldly, Jatembe-touched Doorway to the Red Star. Both of those feel appropriately magical and are already in your path!
