Has anyone finished this AP? How did it go? Did it hold up accross all six books and have a satisfying end?
My group and I have made it through one AP, Serpents Skull, and while I really liked the first few books, the middle was a bit slow and the end seemed to miss the mark on some concepts.
Any input is appreciated! Thank you!

I finished running it a few months ago! We found it to be a pretty satisfying ride most of the way through, with book 4 being a bit of a dip in quality due to an influence chapter that fails to engage the PCs and a final chapter that undercuts everything the PCs did in the first chapter. Book 5 is an absolute blast once you get past all the filler encounters in the first chapter, but the adventure path really feels like it should have ended with the fight against the King of Biting Ants. Everything in book 6 felt pretty tacked-on at my table, especially the final chapter which is a series of non-stop repetitive fights against fairly bland wereant stat blocks.

How would you change the last book?
I have to say that reading through book 6 it felt really underwelming. Especially the heroes returning to the school and not imediatly investigating what happened the the egg despite knowing how dangerous it is. Having a ceremony first feels really out of place.
I was thinking about some kind of "Adrian Veidt" twist a.k.a "The KoBA tells the players about his evil plan with the egg but the plan has already been set in motion the moment the portal Aktiton was opened again and its already to late to stop it". Giving the players some urgeny and returning to a very hostile Magaambya.
