How the heck does Nathnelma get a pint of blood from one of the characters for the Portrait of Spite ritual?
The one idea I have so far is if someone gets injured in her office or another earlier encounter, can assume she managed to scrape up enough blood from the floor or something.
Probably a little late but I started allowing players to do a very limited amount of blood lord's machinations and doubled the negative for drops in rep. The tax collectors hate my group and didntn speak to lord highridg. Highridge flew into a rage when they sold his wife's bloodstone to a common vendor. When they got back to grey dirge the tax collector had imposed huge fines on their mansion and their new house spirit from chapter 1. Was arrested. Since the only faction in chapter 3 was the consortium 1 person worked on getting rep with the consortium whole one dug up dirt on thr tax collectors and another player nat oned the blackmail roll. We all laughed as the party got fined. Make the factions a part of the story early on.
