Temporary Password not being sent to my Email

So I have a separate account that I currently can't access which has all my paizo purchases on, I had forgotten my password and so I try to reset it but the reset password emails are not getting to my other email address.

I would love to get this resolved as quick as possible, as I got my subscription to the PF2 rulebooks to specifically get early access to the Dark Archives PDF which I dont want to miss out on.

The password reset functionality should now be working properly and send you a password reset email when prompted. Feel free to give it another try at this time.
