I am trying to add some items to my cart for purchase, but it’s not adding them to my cart. I have tried it on several different machines, and have cleared the cache on all of them, and it’s still not working. I click on “Add [item]” (whatever the item is) and I get the spinning icon like it’s processing, but it doesn’t actually add anything to the cart.

Hello, Mark.
That certainly is frustrating. If you open an incognito browser window, go to a product page without signing in, and attempt to add a product to your cart, is it added correctly?
Brian. Did exactly as you suggested, and I was able to add a product to my cart. I didn't try to do anything after that, so I don't know if it would actually let me try to buy the product.
I think this just started in the past week or two.

Thanks for doing that, Mark. It sounds like there's some sort of issue with your account or session itself. I'll look into it tomorrow morning and should have an update for you tomorrow.

Just an update: I logged into my account (without using Incognito) and was able to add the two items I want to buy and go through the whole purchase process. Now,it says it is pending and I haven’t gotten the confirmation email yet, but otherwise it seems like it worked okay.

I'm glad you were able to add and purchase the products you wanted. I simulated your account's permissions earlier today, and was able to reproduce the issue you've been encountering. I don't have a solution for you immediately, but we are looking into it. I'll let you know when I have more information.

I'm getting the same problem. Have tried three different browsers, clearing cookies, and private windows in various combinations. Nothing will allow me to put anything in the cart to purchase.
So, I had to go into the website in Incognito mode. The first time, I didn’t log in. The next time I did, and things have been working fine for me since.

If this problem was fixed -- it seems to have come back.
Full details: All attempts to add any product to my cart fail. None of the usual methods for clearing up the problem worked. I tried the following:
1) In Chrome, cleared cookies from paizo.com.
2) In Chrome, went into incognito mode.
3) Started up Edge instead and tried to add products with that browser.

Thank you all for your patience. We've identified a bug in which sometimes new carts are set to draw inventory from the wrong warehouse. So even though adding products to said carts does work, the carts immediately remove the products that are unavailable from whichever warehouse each cart is expecting to use.
We've opened a ticket to fix the bug. In the meantime - Mark, David, and Cronax - I've reset your current carts to the correct warehouse. It's not a permanent workaround, but it should allow you to use your current carts. If the same thing happens again, please feel free to post here again, and we'll apply the workaround again.

I appreciate you reaching out, Aventhar - I've fixed your cart.
Additionally, we deployed a fix for this issue earlier this week, so people who aren't experiencing this issue already shouldn't find themselves experiencing it going forward. Come Monday, we'll also deploy a bulk update to fix any already-broken carts.
