Where is Customer Service?

Your support ticket ID is 150237.

I opened a ticket in March and still have received no communication from Paizo except an automated email saying that someone would review my ticket and be in touch. It also said that I could reply to the email to add to the ticket. I have done that multiple times and still not a word from Paizo.

I love your products, but this is really not cool...

Drift Crisis knocked out Paizo internal communications.

All funning aside, this is why I think a CS phone number is still important as a communication method of last resort.

You are saying that from March 18th to May 19th, nobody has been able to look at my ticket and you are only working on issues that came in prior to March 18th at this point?
