*sips coffee*
Let's have some coffee-talk about PAIZO previews of the new OGL Pathfinder Role-playing Game.
To begin, I am totally excited about the Dwarven Racial Trait, Stability: Dwarves receive a +4 racial bonus to their Combat Maneuver Defense when resisting a bull rush or trip attempt while standing on the ground.
When playing through the Alpha 1 & 2, and Beta Playtest, we added a box to our homebrew character sheets to capture "Combat Maneuver Defense." And the sensible way dwarves are assigned a +4 makes we want my first Pathfinder PC to be a Dwarf.
...and this is only the beginning!!!
Thank you, Jason.
Edit: I just noticed there are already a few threads in the Pathfinder RPG forum: Pathfinder RPG Previews
If anyone wants to keep this thread, I've changed the subject to "Coffee Talk" about specific items we're very happy to see! Otherwise, I will ask Gary to delete this thread due to the multiplicity of threads. Thanks.

From the 3.5 rules.
Stability: A dwarf gains a +4 bonus on ability checks made to resist being bull rushed or tripped when standing on the ground (but not when climbing, flying, riding, or otherwise not standing firmly on the ground).
Wow, that is really creative, good thing there wasn't anything already in place that it could be drawn from.

Smart-ass. CMD is not in 3.5, but I understand your point :p)

*an extra spoonful of sugar today*
It is sweet that Pathfinder RPG is done; I hope the community can shift its focus from design/develop to implement/celebrate mode quickly. This is a great time to continue playing v.3.5 - I am continuing to build my highly compatibile collection/library, as I play to play Pathfinder for many long years to come.
One exciting facet about the table to contents, is the four page index. During Beta playtest, I printed and used the fan-created index. As the GM, I used this at least once per session and it came in very handy. I am so very glad to see improvements such as this one to the final game.
*goes to get another cup of coffee, looks at the time — ah, late again to work... shrugs*
