Stats for Black Ichor?

General Discussion

Check out the Orocoran in Alien Archive.

Quote:
Hallucinate (Ex) An orocoran’s stomach fluids are laced with the narcotic black ichor of Aucturn. A creature hit with the orocoran’s projectile vomit must succeed at a DC 16 Will save or be confused (as per confusion) for 1d4 rounds.

You could stat up a drug with different actual drug stats, of course.

Not exactly what you're looking for, but there's stats for a Black Ichor-adjacent thing in a Scenario:

Spoiler for 3-20 Everchanging Revelations:

Mechanically it is a trap; in game, it's a fleshy tendril that attaches to a PC, and pumps Black Ichor into them. It's not quite a poison/drug stats entry for Black Ichor, but the effects of the trap are in line with what Xenocrat posted above: the first time it attaches to a PC, it attempts to Dominate the target, causing them to attack their allies. Even if they save against the Dominate, each round the trap remains attached, it keeps pumping doses of Black Ichor into the PC; after the tendril is removed, they're Confused for a number of rounds equal to the doses of Black Ichor it had accrued.
So...pretty nasty, overall, and mostly centered around mental screwery to get PCs to attack their allies.
