How do I tell which feats are unlocked by the Chronicle boons without first applying it to a character and spending AcP to download the boon?

They don't cost any AcP.

Why would you need to? You should have a digital( or physical) copy of the chronicle to see what it does.

ahh odd, every other AP Chronicle gives the text on the chronicle that I've seen for 2, but I hadn't looked at those

Not sure where this feedback goes, but in addition to being super annoying that the boon text can't be found until they're purchased (I'm just gonna be up front that I will have had to break PFS rules by purchasing the boons twice, once on a dummy character and I will reassign the credit to a real character), all the boon states is the name of the feats to which access has been granted.

This necessitates a third chained reference - now the feat text needs to be copied from the book.

BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE.

One of the feats simply states that you have access to a focus spell - and sends you off to yet another page in the book.
