Beadle and grim cleric chronicle

I just can not get this to download I'm afraid.

I've tried 3 different browsers - firefox, chrome and edge
On all three I have cleared cache and cookies
Refreshed downloads
reset my router/modem

But all I get is "pesonalising...check again in 60s"

I have the druid, fighter and wizard ones no problems at all.

I submitted a ticket, had to respond a few times. The last time they said their tech 're re uploaded' it. I finally got it to work using IE. Cleric was the last one giving me trouble.

I was having the same issue you are having. Even tried different computers with no luck. Ask them to take a look at your account, that isw hat I did.

I was having this issue too but it has now downloaded fine.
