I'm testing to see what emoji symbols will appear on this site, and which won't.
I'm using those that appear on my Android phone. If you have access to others, feel free to test your own here as well. It is my hope that this thread could serve as a reference resource for anyone desiring to use emojis in their threads.

Oh, wow. This has potential for PbPs. Are all emojis the same pixel lengths and widths?

Many of the shaped symbols are the same size, and will space out in a perfect grid, but this true that some aren't, and so care must still be taken.
I tried using it to represent the Emapthic communication that a familiar has, but that failed spectacularly because the emoji I need for that get stripped out.
Ah well. I guess I will just have to follow the actual rules and only the familiar's master gets to know what the familiar is feeling.

When did they start allowing Emojis on here?
For a while, but the site is finicky. Sometimes they don't show up on certain platforms. Sometimes they show up when you Preview a post, but disappear when you Submit that post. It takes a little trial and error to find the ones that work consistently.
