Been waiting several hours now for "personalizing"

So, Bought a few bounties and can't download any of them.

Upon further investigation I even noticed that none of the downloads work for me atm. Not even ones that I already downloaded years ago.

This has been tested on a mac (safari, firefox) and a windows PC (chrome)

To try and help out the CS team: after you've left it personalizing for 60 seconds and you click on the link again, what happens?

The download process is a bit odd, and doesn't work the way you might think: you have to click the product link 3 times during the process: once to personalise, once to prepare the download, and once to actually download it.

I just checked the 11 downloads you attempted over the past day, and all of them appear to have generated PDFs properly for you and they download successfully.

I suspect you are misunderstanding how to use the admittedly confusing UI. The first click starts the personalization process, and will show the message "Personalizing... Click link again in 60 seconds to download". Subsequent clicks will check to see if the personalization is complete - if it is, the UI will show the generated file's size (usually a few megabytes), and the message "Ready! Click again to download." Once the UI says the download is ready, a final click on the link will download the file.

Clicking the "Problems downloading this file?" link will force the personalization process to start all over again.
