I'm making a redeemed elven blackguard turned champion from Tian Xia that used to serve at the behest of evil dragons. Sadly, I'm having a great deal of difficulty finding out anything about evil dragons in Tian Xia with which to better flesh out his background. They do exist don't they? If so...
Who are they? Where are they? What did they do?
Bonus points if they were slain by adventurers within the last couple hundred years. They don't necessarily have to be true dragons.

Well there is alive underworld dragon in jade regent's post campaign continuation articles and there is dead forest dragon whose spirit is in forest of spirits as well as forest dragon that lived in Kwanlai used to plunder ships of the underwater kingdom. Also forest dragons who dwells in ruins of Minkai's former capital and is sort of a bandit king.
