It has been 12 days since my order shipped out [as stated in my order history] and I still have not received my books. Can someone check into this. Tracking is not working either. I would like a VIABLE tracking number when my order ships. thank you.

Hi,

This is, unfortunately, an ongoing issue we’ve had with UPS Mail Innovations where tracking information won’t update. I can assure you that your order did ship from our warehouse on 12/10 and the latest expected delivery date in the given timeframe of 4 to 8 business days would've been 12/22. For the most part, despite the missing tracking information, orders have still been delivered in a timely manner. Although, we have seen some minor delays due to the holidays and global shipping issues. If it doesn’t show up, let me know and I can gladly look into getting a replacement order set up. ​

Because of the holidays, we are allowing a little more time for orders to be delivered before sending out replacements, if your order hasn't arrived by 1/7 please let me know and I will get a replacement sent out to you :)

Actually, the more I think about it, the more UNreasonable it sounds. If the package left your warehouse on 12/10, then it definitely should have arrived by now. Waiting until 1/7 is not acceptable. Please send me out a replacement UPS GROUND right away. I will not be paying for the shipping on this replacement. Thank you. In the future you may want to look for alternatives to UPS Mail Innovations. This is the second or third time this has happened with my orders, thus proving it to me an unreliable option. Thank you.

Unfortunately, as your order is not even a week late (during a holiday week no less) we will not be shipping out a replacement just yet. If your order hasn't arrived by the 7th we can replace it for you via standard post at that time. If you wish to upgrade the shipping on the replacement to UPS Ground, it will be at your expense. You currently have your subscriptions set to the cheapest shipping method possible, but you may change your future subscriptions to ship via a different method, as there are currently 6 different methods available to you.
