i am tryin to find out why the card on my order keeps getting declined
Hi,
Your card was declined because it did not pass the address verification system check. This indicates that there is a discrepancy between the information entered for the card on Paizo.com and the information your bank has on file for the card. Because the card was declined we cannot finalize an authorization. If not finalized authorizations expire and the holds are released. Please ensure that all the information entered for the payment method is accurate and then try to submit the order again. If you believe that all your information is correct you will need to contact the issuing bank and let them know what is occurring.
I have reversed these authorizations on our end but please allow some time for it to be reflected in your account :)

i was wondering if you can put the sub order on the other card on file just for this order so we can get it shipped out since we seem to be unable to have go through since we got hold of the bank an they said it was all good

Looks like the other payment method was successful! I've sent you a new email confirmation and the order should be on its way soon. I've also refunded the store credit amount that the order should've taken off to your payment method :)
