Good evening,

I had tried to place this order last weekend and I used a slew of Paizo vouchers and I had had some credit left when I had put the order through, but for whatever reason, whether it was additional tax that bumped up the price, apparently it was about a buck higher than the total of store credit and I had gotten an email from Paizo subsequently saying that a payment order was needed even though I had more than enough voucher credit to pay for my large-ish order.

When I tried to fix the issue using the remaining voucher credit (about 2.37 if I recall correctly), the website "corrected" the credit to the amount I paid for for my digital purchases and is constantly telling my credit card is denied for that transaction (even when I try to use a credit card) despite (a) using the same credit card on this site to gift some Paizo PDFs to a friend right after with no problem (b) using the same credit card to buy other things elsewhere.

So basically I think the site glitched my order despite my having more than enough voucher credit and even after trying to use the card subsequently and I would really like this fixed. I've sent two emails detailing what I did and can provide more details by email.

Oh no, I'm so sorry the vouchers were giving you trouble! I was able to get the store credit fixed but it looks like we are out of stock on the item Pathfinder Flip-Mat: Ambush Sites Multi-Pack. I'm looking into whether or not we will get more in stock but would you like us to go ahead and send the rest of the items for you so you don't have to wait? :)

Of course! So that order was being a little finicky when I went to push it through without the out of stock item, so I went ahead and moved the items to new order #36739414. You may see an authorization for a little over a dollar on your account. My sincerest apologies, the order hadn't fully calculated the shipping costs and tried to charge your card again. I've already gone in and reversed that authorization and adjusted the store credit to cover it on the order. I've also given the order a good nudge towards the door so it should be on its way to you soon. I've also sent you a new email confirmation so please let me know if anything still looks incorrect and I can gladly take a look :)
