If a vessel has a Virtual Intelligence (of any Mk) and also has the expansion bay of Dedicated Computer Housing (for gunners action of Shoot lets say) and the VI was acting as the gunner for that turn and told to shoot would the VI use not only its Gunnery skill (as determined by its Mk level) but also get the additional from the DCH? Its specifically stats that in the description of the DCH that the DCH bonus doesnt benefit from the main computers ICM bonus.
