Oh no, I'm sorry your order hasn't arrived! This is, unfortunately, an ongoing issue we’ve had with UPS Mail Innovations where tracking information won’t update. The latest expected delivery date in the given timeframe would've been 11/9. Since it hasn't arrived I think it has, unfortunately, been lost in the mail. I went ahead and set up a replacement to ship with your next subscription order. If you need it sooner just let me know :)
