Hi,
I'm so sorry -- I forgot to update my address on this order! I no longer live at the address listed. I tried to reply to customer service on the order shipment email four days ago, but got no reply, and when I called today (just now), I got a message the mailbox was full, even though I chose option 1 to speak with a representative.
Is it still possible to update the address on the order?
