Hello, I just wanted to reach out as I have not yet received this order as part of my Adventure Path subscription. The order page says it shipped out on October 28th, but when I try to check the order tracking, it says it cannot find the package in their system.
I had received another order (36695915) in the mail today, which was sent a week later on the November 4th.

Oh no, I'm so sorry your package didn't arrive! This is, unfortunately, an ongoing issue we’ve had with UPS Mail Innovations where tracking information won’t update but your order should've been there be now. So, I went ahead and set up a replacement to be shipped out with your next subscription order, but if you need it sooner, just let me know :)

Just wanted to follow up because order 36694520 (package 3434534)ended up getting delivered today! No replacement will be necessary!
