Treerazer missing axe head

So I received my latest shipment which contained Treerazer last week. Didn't have a chance to check it out until this week. (I'm moving).

Needless to say I was a little bummed to see it was missing the iconic axe head. He just has a club.

Not sure about what I'm supposed to do.
I haven't opened the box.
