Online Signup Sheet & Reporting

GM Discussion

Hi All,

A few months ago, I found an online tool that could handle player signups and would take care of generating chronicles and reporting them to Paizo. All nearly automatic. Unfortunately, I seem to have lost the bookmark, and now I can't find it anymore.

I remember being super surprised that such an amazing tool exists (I found it through a warhorn group that used it for registration). Does anyone know what I'm talking about, or have tips on what you use?

OMG, Yes! That’s it. Been googling all over, but it seems their search engine keywords don’t match anything I searched for. Thank you so much!!

It does not report to Paizo, however.

You still have to do that on your own.

This is true, though if you upgrade to the paid version there are extensions for chrome and firefox that let you in two or three clicks have a completely filled report on Paizo that just needs a quick eyes over for accuracy before submitting. In my experience, this has greatly reduced the failure rate for reports as well as considerably speeding up the process.

Super useful for those running 2E. I'll be sure to do so when I get there.

I'm pretty sure it supports SFS and PFS1 as well.

I can confirm it does. Not all adventures are yet in the system, so if one you want isn't there yet you can make a request and it will go on the priority list. Most PFS2 are currently available and I think most SFS are as well, PFS1 is still being built.
