Can't download previously purchased PDFs

I can not currently download any but my most recent PDF purchase. Each time I try, I get a message reading:

I have tried several items, but as noted, only the purchase from today is downloadable thus far.

Hi,

When looking at your account we cannot see a reason that it doesn't download for you. You may want to try a different browser, ensure your browser is up to date, or make sure your security settings allow you to download items. If you continue to have issues, please let us know what operating system and internet browser you are using, as well as the files you are trying to download :)
