I purchased the Syrinscape subscription voucher, but cannot find the voucher code - if I click the link in My Downloads to fetch the serial number, the page refreshes and nothing happens. Could you please advise where I can get it?

Currently there is a known issue with retrieving voucher codes. This is due to a server communication issue between Syrinscape and Paizo.com and is currently being looked into by tech teams on both sides. In the meantime, if you write to support@syrinscape.com with a copy of your Paizo.com receipt, they will be happy to provide you with your voucher codes! :)
