I tried to put through an order for a PDF and I never received the confirmation email to confirm my order.

Your card was declined because it did not pass the address verification system check. This indicates that there is a discrepancy between the information entered for the card on Paizo.com and the information your bank has on file for the card. Lovely, well thank you for the quick response, I've unfortunately checked the info a few times already and determined it to be correct, and the bank insist it isn't their fault either. Looks like I may need to open an account at a different bank if I want to purchase anything from Paizo, since its like pulling teeth to get the current to authorize a website for services after they've declined once.
