Order 36651117 Missing downloads

Hi,

Regarding Order 36651117 the first two adventures are not present in my Downloads list.

Also (I was planning to use Roll20) they are not available at a discounted rate with my linked Roll20 account.

Adventures 3 and 4 are available both as downloads on your website and as discounted add ons on Roll20.

Hi,

I took a look at your account and it looks like your subscription started with AP #171 which is the 3rd volume and you do not get free PDFs when purchasing older volumes that were released prior to your subscription start—you only receive PDFs of volumes that are sent as subscriber copies. Hope that clears up any confusion! :)

Okay, so I need to purchase PDF separately. Sorry that wasn’t clear at the time. I’ve just ordered them.
