Hello,

Included with this order was a replacement copy of Secrets of Magic which had been missing from the prior month's shipment. My understanding was that I would not be charged shipping for this replacement copy, however there was no shipping discount or adjustment listed on the invoice. Could you please confirm for me that I was not charged shipping for this replacement copy, or, alternatively, credit my account the appropriate amount?

Hi,

I took a look at the order and you are correct. However, you were not charged shipping for the replacement of SoM itself but because there were other items on the order that were not replacements you were still charged the regular shipping for those other items. Hope that helps with any confusion :)
