It has been 13 days since my order shipped and UPS still is saying there is no tracking information available and it has yet to be delivered. Any update on where my package is? Thank you for all your hard work!

Hi,

This is, unfortunately, an ongoing issue we’ve had with UPS Mail Innovations where tracking information won’t update. I can assure you that your order did ship from our warehouse on 10/7 and the latest expected delivery date in the given timeframe of 4 to 8 business days would've been yesterday {10/20}. For the most part, despite the missing tracking information, orders have still been delivered in a timely manner, so let me know if it’s arrived! If it doesn’t show up, let me know and I can gladly look into getting a replacement order set up :)
