Can a monk or anyone with improved unarmed strike use the improved natural attack feat

[Bestiary 1 p.315] with their improved unarmed strike? Under 3.5 rules this was allowed but,

I am unsure with Pathfinder rules

Is this a 1st edition question? If so, I think you accidentally put this in the wrong forum. Page 315 of the 2E bestiary is about trolls.

Also, if so, the feat only applies to natural weapons (which are a prereq), not unarmed strikes.
