Hello.
My card was just authorized for this order at the full amount and did not use the store credit balance as the order should have.
Is there a way to make sure the store credit is applied to this order before it is shipped out?

Hi,
I took a look at the order and I am not seeing any store credit reserved for that order specifically but I did see $100 of store credit reserved for order #36681556 leaving the store credit available balance at $0. Does this sound correct?

That would be correct, as the newer order is processing following the previous order's shipment on Monday (Oct 18).
In the future, when a person gets store credit following the creation of a subscription order but before it charges the saved payment method should we email or post on the forums to make sure that the store credit applies to the pending order? (I had got the store credit while the previous order was pending and not authorized to the saved payment method, I thought the store credit would automatically apply based on my account settings, which is why I am asking.)

Store credit can be finicky so emailing us about any store credit issues is always encouraged :)
