Refund Request on doubled charge.

I've emailed twice prior and had no response. Calling hasn't worked either.
I tried purchasing Grand Bazaar twice, and whilst the money has happily left my account, I've received no PDF. I would very much like my money back, or some kind of response or recognition that someone is seeing this.

I do not want the pdf's, I would simply like my money back in my account.
